We offer refunds only if the issue with the product is not resolved by our support team within 1 to 48 hours after it has been reported.

Before purchasing, our support team is available to help you choose the product that best fits your system and needs.
However, it’s still the user’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of the software with their device.

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

The product key has already been activated.

The user failed to verify compatibility, despite available support.

The issue was resolved within the allowed support timeframe (1–48 hours).

If your issue is not resolved within 48 hours, and you’ve fully cooperated with the support team, you are eligible for a full refund.
